Confirming the move details:

Once you contact us and request a quote for your move, such as the date, time, destination, and price. We will also assign you a move coordinator, who will be your single point of contact throughout the move.

Moving crew arrival & packing up:

They will bring all the necessary packing and moving materials, such as boxes, bubble wrap, tape, foam, etc., and special packing materials for fragile or delicate items, such as furniture, electronics, appliances, artwork, etc. They will pack your items securely and neatly, and label them properly. They will also prepare an inventory list of all the items packed, and ask you to sign it for verification.

Expertly and safely loading the truck:

After packing up your items, our moving crew will load them onto the truck using modern and well-maintained vehicles and equipment, such as trucks, dollies, ramps, etc. They will arrange your items carefully and efficiently to ensure that there is no damage or movement during transit. They will also secure your items with ropes, straps, or pads, as required.

Transit – transporting to your new place:

After loading the truck, our moving crew will transport your items to your new place, following the shortest and safest route possible. They will also follow the traffic and weather conditions, and abide by the rules and regulations of the road. They will keep you updated on the status of the move, and inform you of the estimated delivery time in advance.

Delivery, Unloading, Unpacking & Re-arranging:

Upon reaching your new place, our moving crew will unload your items from the truck and carry them to your desired location. They will also unpack your items and help you arrange them as per your preference. They will also remove all the packing and moving materials and dispose of them properly. They will also check the inventory list with you and make sure that all your items are delivered in good condition.
