Our working policy for a professional moving service
We aim to provide you with a professional, efficient, and hassle-free moving service. To do so, we follow these steps:
– We conduct a pre-move survey, either online or in-person, to understand your requirements, estimate the volume and weight of your goods, and quote you a reasonable price.
– We confirm the date and time of your move and assign you a dedicated move coordinator, who will be your single point of contact throughout the process.
– We pack your goods with high-quality materials, using specialized techniques for fragile and delicate items. We label and inventory your goods for easy identification and tracking.
– We load your goods onto our vehicles, which are fitted with GPS devices and safety features. We transport your goods to your destination, following the shortest and safest route.
– We unload your goods at your new place, and unpack them according to your instructions. We arrange your items as per your preference and remove the packing debris.
– We collect your feedback and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during or after the move.
Payment policies highlighting flexible options and secure transactions
We offer you flexible and convenient payment options, such as cash, cheque, credit card, debit card, net banking, or online transfer. You can choose to pay us in full or in instalments, as per the terms and conditions agreed upon in the contract. We issue you a receipt and an invoice for every payment you make, and we keep a record of all the transactions for accounting and auditing purposes.

– Receive a clear and accurate quotation and contract with no hidden charges or fees.
– Cancel or reschedule your move, subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy mentioned in the contract.
– Claim compensation for any damage or loss of your goods, as per the insurance and liability policy mentioned in the contract.

Terms and conditions for packing and moving materials like banned goods, fuels, money, or valuables
We provide you with high-quality packing and moving materials, such as boxes, bubble wrap, tape, foam, etc. However, there are some items that we do not pack or move due to legal or safety reasons. These include:
– Banned goods, such as drugs, weapons, explosives, firearms, ammunition, etc.
– Fuels, such as petrol, diesel, kerosene, gas, etc.
– Money, such as cash, cheques, drafts, bonds, securities, etc.
– Valuables, such as jewelry, gold, silver, antiques, collectables, etc.
You are responsible for identifying and removing these items from your goods before the move. If you fail to do so, you will be liable for any penalties, fines, or damages that may result from the violation of the law or the safety regulations. You will also be responsible for any loss or theft of these items during the move, as we do not provide insurance or compensation for them.
